NSA, CIA, DNI, FBI Sued for Failing to Come “Clean” on Origin of COVID-19

 

(Washington, D.C., March 23, 2020). Today, Larry Klayman, a former federal prosecutor and the founder and former chairman and general counsel of Judicial Watch, now the current chairman and general counsel of Freedom Watch, brought suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia over the failure by the intelligence agencies and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to come clean on what they knew and when they knew it concerning the cause of the now mounting pandemic known as COVID-19. (Case No. 1:20-cv-00794-TJK.)

Klayman had this to say upon filing suit:

“The intel agencies and the FBI spied on hundreds of millions of Americans without probable cause and after I obtained two preliminary injunctions (see www.freedomwatchusa.org) ruling that this was unconstitutional, it is inconceivable that the NSA, CIA, DNI and FBI did not know that the coronavirus was leaked from a Communist Chinese bioweapons lab in Wuhan, China.

“The huge intel and FBI’s spy capabilities are without question and the American people deserve to know how and why the American people have been left in the dark particularly since the Deep State embedded in these agencies has been hostile to Trump and previously participated, with illegal spying, in the now discredited attempts to remove him from office.

“Along with Freedom Watch’s recently filed class action complaint (go to www.freedomwatchusa.org) to seek redress for the damage caused to American citizens and our nation by Communist China, for which it should have to pay and not the U.S. taxpayers with an unprecedented, massive and bankrupting bailout to prop up our crashing economy, We the People need the truth and the whole truth from our so-called government.”
