KLAYMAN PERSONALLY SUES HASAN PIKER FOR INCITING AND CAUSING VIOLENCE AGAINST JEWS AND CHRISTIANS
Threats the Equivalent of a Fatwa – Asks for Damages in Excess of $150,000,000
Boca Raton, FL, September 10, 2026 — Public-interest advocate Larry Klayman has filed a civil lawsuit in the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida (Filing No. 256756260), against streamer Hasan Piker. Klayman is the plaintiff and appears pro se. It is a personal Florida civil case aimed at the man Klayman calls the center of the rise of anti-Semitism and rise violence against Jews and Christians. This civil action is separate from the Citizens’ Grand Jury Klayman and Freedom Watch USA recently convened in Charleston, which also took up Piker’s incitement against Jews and Christians who support Israel. See www.freedomwatchusa.org to view indictment and video.
Piker – a radical jihadist Muslim and Communist – streams live to the many millions of Jew and Christian haters, from which he turns a handsome financial return. On August 20, 2026, he told that audience:
“Eventually someone’s going to come around and take action, not against the State of Israel, mind you, but against American Jews.”
He blamed American Jews who support Israel for “making antisemitism worse,” threatened violence against persons like Klayman, who is a high profile conservative Zionist, messianic Jew and activist who supports Israel. Piker also broadcast that “Hamas is a thousand times better” than the Jewish state, adding that Jews should “go back to Auschwitz.” ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt has said Piker has “a long track record of commending and excusing terrorism.” In fact, its more serious than that. He advocates and calls for violence against Jews in particular.
The complaint alleges that this is, in effect, a fatwa: assign blame to Jews who support Israel and then tell a mass audience that violence against them will follow. Zionist advocates — Klayman among them — sit at the very top of that list and is a target, particularly since Klayman has been highly critical of Piker in widely distributed podcasts and other media.
That climate of anti-Semitism is worsening daily and reaching critical mass — from the 2025 murders of Israeli Embassy staffers Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim in Washington and the Boulder firebombing that killed Karen Diamond, 82, to the massacre of two children at Mass in Minneapolis, the March 2026 attack on Temple Israel in Michigan, and the July stabbing of a Jewish man leaving a New York synagogue.
Upon filing the complaint, Klayman stated: “Piker has issued a fatwa against Jewish activist Zionists like me with the intention to harm and kill people like me. Piker yelled fire at Jews and Christians who support Israel.” This is not free speech protected by the First Amendment! Its far worse and much more dangerous than yelling fire in a crowded theatre, which is crime.”
The suit seeks damages in excess of $150,000,000, for reckless endangerment, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and an injunction stopping Piker from again telling a mob to take violent action against Jews who support Israel.
