TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PRIVACY POLICY)
Mobile Messaging Program
We are offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not wish to continue participating in the program or no longer agree to these Terms, you can reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us in order to opt out of the Program.
We respect your right to privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If We, in Our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
This section of the Privacy Policy is limited to the mobile messaging Program. Please review the additional sections below for our full data practices.
Donor Data & Cooperative Database Participation
To expand our donor base, Freedom Watch USA participates in nonprofit data cooperatives. Data cooperatives are membership-based services offered by vendors that enable cooperative members to pool personal information about their respective supporters to model and identify new prospective supporters and/or to deepen engagement with existing donors.
When we participate in data cooperatives, we may share your personal information — which may include contact and interaction information, such as donation history — with data cooperative vendors. This is done in exchange for the ability to contact individuals who are prospective supporters and/or to obtain modeled information about existing supporters who also support other cooperative member organizations. This practice of sharing supporter personal information through a data cooperative is a longstanding nonprofit practice that enables organizations to maintain a stronger supporter base — while lowering costs — by targeting communications to individuals who have a high likelihood of interest in our mission.
You may at any time request that your information be excluded from any cooperative database usage by contacting us at contact@freedomwatchusa.org. You may still donate to Freedom Watch USA; your information simply will not be contributed to the cooperative.
