Charleston, SC, September 8, 2026 — Freedom Watch USA convened a Citizens’ Grand Jury on Saturday, September 5, 2026, in which nine jurors heard the evidence and voted unanimously to return a True Bill of Indictment charging all six accused on seven felony counts of inciting and causing actual violence against Jews and Christians.
The Defendants are Hasan Piker; New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani; Rep. Ilhan Omar; Rep. Rashida Tlaib; Senate-nominee Abdul El-Sayed, and former President Barack Hussein Obama.
They are charged in Count I with incitement and solicitation of a crime of violence (18 U.S.C. § 373); in Count II, reckless endangerment; in Count III, seditious conspiracy (18 U.S.C. §§ 2384, 2385); in Count IV, insurrection (18 U.S.C. § 2383); in Count V, Logan Act unauthorized private foreign policy (18 U.S.C. § 953); in Count VI, treason in time of war (18 U.S.C. § 2381); and in Count VII, involuntary manslaughter.
The indictment alleges that the Defendants work in concert with networks and other instrumentalities connected to Hamas, a designated foreign terrorist organization, and with the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR, also designated terrorist organizations. They have solicited other entities to target Jews and instrumentalitiesChristians.
Of particular note, the True Bill cites Piker’s August 20, 2026 declaration that “action” would be taken “against American Jews” who support Israel as “Jewish ISIS,” and as host of other anti-Semitic tropes and blood libels. It charges Mayor Mamdani and the other Defendants with broadcasting other similar hate with the intent to harm – if not kill – Christians and Jews as part of an Islamic caliphate designed to eventually seize control of the nation by enslaving or outright killing Jewish and Christian infidels, consistent with the teachings in the Quran.
Defendants are also accused, as part of the conspiracy, of signaling, if not directing, the Islamic Republic of Iran to kill Jews and Christians, including President Donald Trump and his family. The indictment lists several instances of violence and death against both Jews and Christians, which were and remain the foreseeable consequence of Defendants’ actions.
In United States v. Williams, 504 U.S. 36 (1992), Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority of the Supreme Court, held that the grand jury “is a constitutional fixture in its own right,” serving as “a kind of buffer or referee between the government and the people.” Importantly, Justice Scalia and the Supreme Court made it clear that the grand jury belongs to the people, not the three branches of government. And, as Klayman penned in his latest book, “It Takes a Counter-Revolution: Wake Up America!,” the citizens’ grand jury is “our only viable peaceful recourse” to hold the guilty accountable when the government stands by and does nothing.
“Nine Americans sat, heard the evidence, and returned a unanimous True Bill,” said Klayman, Citizens’ Grand Jury Prosecutor. “It is illegal to yell fire in a crowded theater, which is criminal. Defendants yelled fire, and as a result, Jews and Christians have died.” Defendants will now be accorded an opportunity to plead innocent, guilty or nolo contendere, and the case will then proceed to trial before a citizens’ judge, and a jury if Defendants so choose. If Defendants do not appear, they will be tried in absentia, hopefully convicted and sentenced.
