Washington, D.C., Monday, April 13, 2026 — Public interest advocate and Freedom Watch Chairman Larry Klayman has filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia against the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, compelling production of all government records related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein — including his alleged connections to foreign intelligence services among them Israel’s Mossad, British MI-5 and MI-6, and any other domestic or foreign agency — as well as all records relating to Epstein’s association with Prince Andrew, Duke of York.
The lawsuit was filed under the Freedom of Information Act after all three agencies stonewalled a FOIA request submitted February 20, 2026. The CIA and NSA provided no response. The ODNI failed to make good-faith determination and obstructed as well. The statutory deadline passed March 23rd. Their silence is not an accident — it is a continuation of the cover-up.
Pam Bondi promised the American people the Epstein client list was “sitting on my desk right now” — then delivered a staged photo-op with documents that were already public. Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act to force her hand. She still withheld the most sensitive materials. Trump fired her on April 2nd. She is now defying a bipartisan subpoena. Rep. Nancy Mace has fought where Bondi failed — introducing the motion to subpoena Bondi, formally demanding the CIA release all Epstein records, and stating publicly that Epstein was an intelligence asset and his files are being suppressed for exactly that reason. Even First Lady Melania Trump delivered a rare on-camera statement from the White House demanding Congress hold a public hearing for survivors, declaring that “each and every woman should have her day to tell her story in public.” When the First Lady is demanding answers, the intelligence community’s silence is indefensible.
An FBI memo included in the DOJ’s own document release cited a source who believed Epstein was a co-opted Mossad agent trained as a spy. That allegation — serious, documented, and never officially answered — is precisely what Freedom Watch is demanding the CIA, NSA, and ODNI answer for in court.
