The package containing an unidentified white powdery substance arrived at Paul’s house and featured an image of him in bandages with a gun to his head.
It referenced an incident in which Paul was badly assaulted by his neighbor.
Paul pointed to a Sunday tweet authored by musician Richard Marx that said if he ever met Paul’s neighbor he would “hug him and buy him as many drinks as he can consume.”
