For years, my Freedom Watch complaint to criminally prosecute and deport Somali Congresswoman Ilhan Omar has been waiting at the Department of Homeland Security—ignored by bureaucrats who refuse to act. Now that President Trump has publicly called for her deportation, the time has come to activate the complaint and finally remove this anti-American fraud from our nation.
Ilhan Omar is more than a political radical—she is a criminal. She committed immigration fraud by marrying her own brother to gain U.S. citizenship, tax fraud, and campaign finance violations to fund her political ambitions. She has made no secret of her hatred for America, Christians, Jews, and white conservatives. Omar’s repeated support for Hamas and her connections to the Somali COVID-19 fraud scandal in Minnesota further expose her as a national security threat.
President Trump has the tools to act now. By directing Secretary Kristi Noem at DHS to reopen and enforce my existing complaint, the administration can begin immediate deportation proceedings under existing law. Freedom Watch’s original filing already provides the legal foundation to strip Omar of her fraudulently obtained citizenship and send her back to Somalia.
This is not about race or religion—it’s about law, justice, and loyalty to the United States. When elected officials openly sympathize with terrorists and commit crimes to gain office, they must be held accountable. America cannot survive if those who hate her are allowed to remain in positions of power.
