On March 5, 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court, in a disgraceful 5-4 ruling, stabbed the American taxpayer in the back, forcing President Trump to fork over $2 billion in foreign aid handouts—money meant for our citizens, not bizarre globalist pet projects.
Worse, this travesty was aided and abetted by so-called “conservative” justices—Chief Justice John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett—who joined the three radical leftists to rubber-stamp judicial overreach. Their betrayal of constitutional principles is matched only by the arrogance of U.S. District Judge Amir Ali, a Biden appointed leftist judicial dictator who thinks he can single-handedly command billions from our treasury like some third-world potentate.

Let’s call it what it is: a judicial coup.
Roberts, once a darling of the lobbyist Federalist Society, has morphed into a spineless compromiser, bending over backwards to appease the D.C. elite.
Barrett, hailed as a conservative stalwart, has revealed her true colors—another spineless squish who caves to the DC establishment when the heat’s on. Don’t want to lose invitations to cocktail parties!
And then there’s Ali, a lower-court tyrant whose February 13 restraining order and subsequent $2 billion edict prove he’s more interested in playing God than upholding the law. These aren’t judges; they’re dishonst political hacks in robes, wielding unchecked power to undermine a duly elected president and the will of the American people. Thomas Jefferson warned us that federal judges would turn into these tyrants!
This ruling isn’t just about $2 billion—it’s a symptom of a rotting and corrupt judicial system that’s been weaponized against us.
Four true conservative justices—Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh—saw through this sham, with Alito rightly blasting Ali’s “judicial hubris,” that is arrogant conceit! But their dissent isn’t enough. The courts are infested with corrupt, self-aggrandizing federal judges who answer to no one, shielded by lifetime appointments and a culture of elitist impunity. They must be legally removed and prosecuted, as well as impeached!
Enough is enough! Freedom Watch demands and is taking action for immediate judicial reform to rip out this cancer by the roots.
We need term limits for judges, removal of their self imposed immunity from civil suit, mandatory recusal for conflicts of interest, and a complete overhaul of a system that’s become a playground for political agendas!
But that’s just the start. It’s time for an independent Department of Judicial Oversight (DOJO)—a no-nonsense agency I, Larry Klayman, am ready to lead alongside other patriots who know the law and respect our Constitution!
DOJO would have the “MOJO”, that is the teeth to investigate, expose, and prosecute and purge corrupt judges like Ali, while slashing the bloated bureaucracy that props them up.
