We know of Fusion GPS, which is the scandal where the Democratic Party paid for phony research with the Russians to smear President Trump. We know of Uranium One, where the Clintons got hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to their foundation in exchange for then-Hillary Clinton Secretary of State greasing the sale of our strategic asset uranium to the Russians.

And of course we know of the email scandal of Hillary Clinton where she destroyed 30,000+ emails. Also used a non-secure private email server which was then hacked, gave rise to the coordinates of our client’s sons, Ty Woods and Sean Smith, who died with Ambassador Chris Stevens in Benghazi. Hillary Clinton was responsible for those deaths through her gross negligence at best.

We need a special counsel. And of course President Trump has rightly said we need a special counsel. He is the Chief Executive. He sits over the Justice Department, but people are questioning whether he can do that.

Well, whether he can do it or not, we need to have a neutral person appointed, someone who will get the job done, like yours truly, Larry Klayman. Because no one else will lay it on the line like I will.

Now there have been some commentators who are good people, Judge Napolitano of Fox News, Andrew McCarthy of the Nation Review and other places have said the Justice Department can handle this. Well it can’t, because Jeff Sessions, the Attorney General, frankly has run for the exits. He won’t do it.

He’s being investigated by Robert Mueller himself. He’s been accused of perjuring himself in front of Congress. And I think that certain communications that he had with the Trump team during the lead-up to the elections last year were probably wiretapped and he’s concerned what may be on there.

So the Justice Department can’t handle this. And 70% of the lawyers at the Justice Department contributed to either the campaigns of Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, or Barack Obama or voted for them. It’s not going to happen. You need a special counsel. You need a special counsel, Larry Klayman.

Hillary Clinton’s out there squealing about having this appointed to investigate her. She said it would be abuse of process, it would destroy the rule of law. What’s destroying the rule of law is this dual justice system which lets her escape and everyone is held accountable.
