Sentencing to Occur Thursday, September 7, 2023

(Boise, Idaho, August 28, 2023). Today, the Citizens’ Prosecutor, Larry Klayman, the General Counsel of Freedom Watch, Inc., announced that the sentencing of Joe, Hunter and James Biden has been moved as a result of newly released evidence. The criminal indictments and convictions of the Bidens’ concern their accepting of bribes, racketeering and other felonies with regard to a money laundering scheme to enrich Joe Biden and his family carried about by Hunter and James Biden. In addition to this, Joe Biden, as an individual, has been indicted and convicted in relation to his acts of negligent homicide in Afghanistan that resulted in the deaths of 13 American servicemen and Afghan allies including their young children.
Just over the weekend, Ukrainian Prosecutor Viktor Shokin confirmed the Bidens’ criminality on Brian Kilmeade’s ‘One Nation,’ where he claims to have been poisoned twice in attempts to silence him from speaking on the “illegal activities,” including bribery, of Joe, Hunter and James Biden, regarding Burisma.
This newly released evidence is paramount and will be provided to Judge Michael Pendleton to review and consider in his sentencing of Joe, Hunter and James Biden.
Larry Klayman, the Citizens Prosecutor, had this to say:
“Given the two tiered, selective prosecution, discriminatory, dishonest and totally corrupt current state of the U. S. Justice Department and its Federal Bureau of Investigation under the despotic ‘leadership’ of Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, which under Joe Biden has been weaponized as a virtual ‘Gestapo’ against all those who oppose him, the Democrats and the left, including but hardly limited to the peaceful January 6, 2021 protesters, it was incumbent of the American people themselves, particularly given the lack of courage, if not compromised cowardly Republicans and other government authorities, to hold the ‘Biden Crime Family’ to account under the rule of law.”

The power and authority of the American people to enforce not just man’s law, but the law of nature and nature’s God, as enumerated in our Declaration of Independence, is sacrosanct. Indeed, a primary reason to declare independence on July 4, 1776, was triggered by King George III and the British monarchy, when they took away from the colonies our criminal justice system, which was sent back to his Court of St. James in London.
In the landmark Supreme Court case of Williams vs. United States, 504 U.S. 36 (1992), Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, ruled that the grand jury and thus the criminal process belongs to the American people and not exclusively to the three branches of government. Thus, this right exists side by side with establishment grand juries administered by the U.S. Justice Department.
