Cover-Up of President’s Lack of Mental & Physical Fitness Creates National Security Risk
(Tallahassee, Florida, July 10, 2024). Today, Larry Klayman, the founder of both Judicial Watch, Inc., and now Founder and Chairman and General Counsel of Freedom Watch, Inc., and a former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor, as well as U.S. Senate candidate in Florida in 2003-2004, announced the filing, pro se as a Florida registered voter, of a complaint against President Joe Biden and his First Lady Jill Biden, and the Florida Democratic Party, as well as President Biden’s personal White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor, over their conspiracy to fraudulently cover-up from the American people Biden’s mental and physical infirmity to be President of the United States, thus creating a serious national security risk. The lawsuit, filed under Florida election laws, which allow a voter to sue for fraud and other election misconduct, is styled Klayman v. The legal basis for the case is not just fraud on the Florida public, but the simple fact that by deceiving the Florida voter to vote for Biden, these Defendants have in 2020 and now 2024 disenfranchised Mr. Klayman and other Florida voters.
Mr. Klayman had this to say upon filing suit:
“Joe and Jill Biden, and the Florida Democratic Party, along with Mr. Biden’s personal White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor, succeeded in 2020 and are attempting again to succeed in 2024 pulling off the biggest fraud in American political history. By all accounts, Mr. Biden’s lack of mental and physical acuity and competence places the nation at serious risk during a time that the world is at war and our shores are under threat of domestic terrorist attacks thanks to his open border policies. But rather than gracefully resign as president, as even key figures in the Democrat Party, as well as donors and Hollywood supporters such as George Clooney have demanded, Mr. Biden, as a result of his own interests and thus disloyalty to the people of this country, as well as dementia and senility, has selfishly and arrogantly dug in his heels and refuses to step down.”
“Even former President Richard M. Nixon, at the height of the Watergate scandal, had the decency for the good of the American people to resign, so the nation could get on with its business and not be bogged down in scandal, as the Vietnam War continued to rage on.”
“Given Mr. Biden’s intransigence, coming after this historic political fraud perpetrated by his wife, First Lady Jill Biden, and personal White House physican Dr. Kevin O’Connor, as well as the Florida Democratic Party, he must be legally forced to resign or be enjoined from running for the presidency. I intend, on behalf of myself and other Florida voters, to make this happen as soon as possible, before more severe damage is caused to Florida and the nation as a whole!”
