MSNBC: Ari Melber presses 2020 Candidate, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) on his past claim that Trump personally colluded with Russia, after the Mueller report found no chargeable conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia.
Swalwell says the Mueller report does reveal “evidence of collusion and coordination” but not beyond a reasonable doubt.
“I think that he acts on Russia’s behalf and I challenge him to show me otherwise,” Swalwell said.
