We expose and prosecute domestic and foreign corruption, promote and protect law enforcement, and stand as a constitutional counterweight on behalf of the citizenry of the United States — in furtherance of Freedom Watch USA’s America First mission.

Founded and chaired by Larry Klayman, Founder of Judicial Watch — America’s most tenacious public advocate — Freedom Watch operates as the American people’s private justice department. Where government is unwilling or unable to act, we step in: filing hard-nosed lawsuits against the political class, exposing institutional corruption, and organizing Citizen Grand Juries that peacefully and lawfully demand accountability.

Our record spans decades of landmark victories. Larry Klayman’s career began with forcing sunlight onto some of the most powerful political machines in modern history — from the Clinton administration’s Filegate and Chinagate scandals to cronyism in the financial sector. Building on that foundation, Freedom Watch won a landmark preliminary injunction against the NSA’s unconstitutional domestic surveillance program in Klayman v. Obama, compelling the Deep State to answer to the Fourth Amendment itself.

Today, Freedom Watch is on the frontlines of the battles that define this moment in American history. We are bringing a class action on behalf of January 6 defendants to expose the discriminatory prosecution that has made a mockery of equal justice under law. We are challenging Governor Newsom’s dangerous “No Secret Police Act,” which bans ICE agents from concealing their identities — a law that endangers lives and shields lawlessness. We are also pressing the federal government to investigate and denaturalize and deport Rep. Ilhan Omar — whose conduct raises serious questions about her fitness to hold public office.

These are not easy fights. They are the necessary ones.
